Pure Heart is dedicated to providing wraparound programs that specifically addresses the needs of our scholars. All of our programs have been designed based on national systemic research around mass incarceration and generational incarceration. The well-being of our scholars is the driving force of the program we offer.
Pure Heart Foundation was designed to break the cycle of generational incarceration by providing wraparound programs that will strategically benefit the child of an incarcerated parent, each scholar a part of Pure Heart will be seen, heard, supported and encouraged through life despite their defaulted circumstance. Pure Heart Foundation has designed an approach to develop our youth that will ensure they are able to perform at their best capacity called the Integrated Approach to Youth Development (IAYD):
IAYD includes six critical pillars that we believe will increase the likelihood of them breaking the cycle of incarceration.
